election in austria. the peoples party (what a name for them...) campaigns with the slogan: "cause he can" for the party-leader and chancellor wolfgang schuessel. they don't tell, what he can.

in austria, there is a joke: "why does a dog licks his balls?" the answer is equal to the slogan. the video showes a performance that shows the absurdity.
